Last night, October 24th, 2024, The Avaanti Vineyards plan went in front of the East County Board of Zoning Adjustments. The planned wedding venue and winery features an event center, banquet room, restaurant and wine tasting facility, as well as a unique turf based “9 hole” golf course (which is really 3 greens with different targets) as well as an 18 hole mini golf course (more of an adult themed “putting course”). The plan also calls for a residential home elsewhere on the land.
